Safe Journeys my friends!

I write this entry late, knowing that many may never check this page again. However hoping that some do. I wanted to thank you--all of my students, for making my first year here so fantastic! And while I was very crazy, you all dealt with it so admirably. I am very proud of what you have accomplished, and hopefully you are too. I have gotten a few emails of students that have continued posting. AWESOME. I love it. I wish you all the best of luck, the safest journeys, and the most beautiful lives. You all deserve so much. I hope you all keep taking photos, and showing the general population the beauty they don't see, but that exists around them always.

I just blew back from China, and thought I would end with a few photos I took there.
Much love!!

Ms. Cook,

hi, its me. Gustavostavo. I miss you so much. honestly, You are one of my favorite teachers of All time. I really liked your Photos from China. I think that the one of the woman looking to her left could be very powerful in black and white.

anyway, im just here in my dorm, scrolling through blogs. Are you going to do this with your classes this year?

i will stop by and visit. its just a matter of time.

its crazy, i remember walking into your class and knowing i had someone who understood me and i could talk to about anything. you were probably my best friend at Chavez. thanks for everything. your patience is heavenly. NEVER CHANGE
